“冬至不端饺子碗，耳朵冻了没人管”，今天，我们要在橙子作文班里包饺子，我的心里非常开心。

为了包饺子，我特意从家里带来了碗、筷子和勺子，教室里摆放好了香喷喷的饺子馅和一个个叠放整齐的饺子皮，同学们一个个兴高采烈，兴奋地交流着怎样才能包出好看的饺子。

终于开始包饺子了，我们分了小组，把小手洗净，老师给我们分了饺子皮和饺子馅儿，先让我们自己动手包一个。我拿起一个饺子皮，又用勺子挖了一点儿馅儿填到里面，然后把饺子皮对折，两边捏紧，哇，我的第一个饺子包好了。

我赶紧把包好的饺子拿给老师看，老师笑着说：“你包的饺子不错，就是太小了，肚子扁扁的，像一个没有吃过饭的小猪一样，你应该往里面多填一点儿馅儿”。我按照老师说的方法，把手指并紧，手指弯曲呈勺子的形状，饺子皮放在中间的三个手指里，把饺子馅儿往里面填满，用力压实，然后对折饺子皮，边缘捏紧，这样一个胖胖的饺子就包好了。老师看到了，夸我是个心灵手巧的小姑娘。

不大一会儿，我就包了许多饺子，老师说：“厨房里的水已经烧开了，把我们的饺子都端进去，下到锅里吧！”老师教我们怎样下饺子，只见老师轻轻地拿起两个饺子，离锅近一点儿，小心翼翼地放进锅里，千万不能离得太远，不然热水会溅到手上呢！我们按照老师的方法，把一个个饺子轻轻地放进锅里，饺子刚开始沉在锅底，一会就浮上来了，一个个紧紧地挨着，像一条条鱼儿在游泳。我拿起勺子推了几下，盖上盖子，水沸腾了还要不停地推饺子，老师说这样防止饺子粘在一起。

大概有5、6分钟左右，饺子的香味儿飘了出来，我的口水也快流出来了。又过了两三分钟，饺子成熟了，老师给我们每个人的碗里舀了几个饺子，我迫不及待地咬了一口，好香呀！好像有一股玫瑰花的香味，又咬了一口，满嘴流油，真好吃，自己动手包的饺子吃着就是香。

我们边吃饺子，边听老师给讲冬至吃饺子的来历：汉朝时，医圣张仲景在冬天看见许多老百姓的耳朵都冻烂了，他就把羊肉剁碎，用面把羊肉包成耳朵的样子让老百姓吃。后来人们为了纪念他，每年冬至都要包饺子！

这一节课我真的好开心，因为我们吃到了香喷喷的饺子，最重要的是我学会了包饺子。

其实我感觉想吃那些东西并不必须要等到特定的时候，冬至吃的那些平常一样也可以吃，南方冬至吃那些，你知晓了吗？

一来到悦作文，我们就看到桌子上放着一沓沓白色的饺子皮，还有各色的饺子馅，我们最爱胡萝卜玉米猪肉馅，还有香菇猪肉馅也是不错的。所以，都想吃到自己爱吃的饺子，好在这次可以自己选择放什么馅了，真好。

刘老师开始教我们包饺子了，她耐心地介绍道：“先用左手拿饺子皮，再用右手把馅放在饺子皮的中心位置。然后把饺子皮的角捏住，再对折起来，最好折出一些大波浪的花纹，饺子就美观了。”我学着包了起来，越包越好，一共包了九个。九个饺子整整齐齐地放在桌子上，像等待出列的士兵，得意洋洋。

锅里的水一烧开，煮饺子的时候就到了。我们把自己的饺子军团小心翼翼地放进了锅里煮，生怕开水烫到了手。老师提醒我们：“放饺子要轻，不能扔铅球，要让饺子像坐滑滑梯一样下锅去。”我们都笑了。有了这个提醒，没有人烫到手，大家都很安全地把饺子放进了开水滚烫的锅里。

相传南阳医圣张仲景曾在长沙为官，他告老还乡那时适是大雪纷飞的冬天，寒风刺骨。他看见南阳白河两岸的乡亲衣不遮体，有不少人的耳朵被冻烂了，心里非常难过，就叫其弟子在南阳关东搭起医棚，用羊肉、辣椒和一些驱寒药材放置锅里煮熟，捞出来剁碎，用面皮包成像耳朵的样子，再放下锅里煮熟，做成一种叫“驱寒矫耳汤”的药物施舍给百姓吃。

服食后，乡亲们的耳朵都治好了。后来，每逢冬至人们便模仿做着吃，是故形成“捏冻耳朵”此种习俗。当时的“捏冻耳朵”也就是我们现在俗称的饺子啦！

老祖宗传下来的规矩，你说我能不照办吗？为了不冻耳朵，我也要下厨房包饺子喽！

至于剁肉、拌馅儿等麻烦的工序就只好麻烦老妈来帮忙了。只见妈妈快刀斩乱麻，不一会就把一大块羊肉剁成了富有粘性的肉馅儿了，我用手摸了摸，嘿！光溜溜的，捏起一点儿，还真有一种藕断丝连的感觉呢！接着还要进行第二道工序——拌馅儿。

妈妈把刚刚剁好的肉馅儿倒进一个盆子里，依次放入了盐、酱油、白糖，十三香等调料，拿根筷子朝一个方向绞，不大一会儿，刚刚还是粉白色的肉馅儿已经是完全大变样了，而是呈茶褐色的样子，黏糊糊的，也没有刚才那么好看了，不过你若低头仔细地闻一闻，一阵诱人的香味便扑鼻而来。

马上要进行第三道工序了，也是最重要的一道工序——包饺子。我和妈妈分了工，我来擀面皮，妈妈则负责包饺子。大厨出场了，我捋捋袖子，穿上围裙，还真有一副大厨的味道呢！

我拿过一个小面团，在案板上使劲儿压了压，压出了一个不规则图形，再拿擀面杖在面皮上滚动，有好几次都粘到了擀面杖上，妈妈告诉我说：“这是因为你放的面粉太少了，所以导致黏在一起。”只见妈妈很快的在面皮上撒了一点面粉，带我再次去擀的时候，果然不是很粘了，就这样，我擀的第一个面皮就这样横空出世了，虽然它并不完美，缺胳膊少腿的，但这毕竟是第一次嘛，有情可原…………

擀了几个面皮后，妈妈嫌我速度太慢，于是我又改行啦！摇身一变，变成了包饺子的主。我拿过一个面皮，小心翼翼的从盆子里挑了一点肉馅儿放进面皮的中央，接着是合口，不幸的是，我放馅过多，所以饺子先生的大肚皮上便多了几个小补丁，严重破相。

费时费力半个钟头，总算是包好了饺子，就差下锅啦！水烧开后，我小心翼翼的把水饺倒进锅，只见饺子一个个如快活的小天鹅似的在锅里快活的游泳，不大一会儿，锅里泛起了白沫，饺子出锅喽！迫不及待的我不等火熄灭就迫不及待的捞了一大碗，再沾点准备好的调料，咬下一口，满口生津，真是色香味俱全啊！不然怎么说还是自己做的好吃呢？这毕竟是自己的劳动成果啊！

当香味袅袅升起，灶火渐息，用那雪白的糯米粉包裹的汤圆啊！那甜甜的，黏黏的，热气腾腾，幸福满满的汤圆呀，满是我们同学辛辛苦苦的劳动成果。今天是冬至，学校竟然安排我们做汤圆，真是意想不到啊，大家都开心极了，这是我们第一次在学校里做汤圆。老师先帮我们分好糯米团和麻心，再把我们每8人分成一个小组开展活动。好，汤圆开做啦！我们把汤圆揉成一个个小球，然后压扁加入少量麻心，像包饺子一样，把皮粘合在一起搓成圆球。

当然，我遇到了问题——总是不能把汤圆搓圆，总是有一个一个的“小尖角”。装着馅的汤圆里头似乎有许多调皮的小人，像是把脚一只一只翘出来，形成一个一个尖尖的角，真是难看。哎，都是软软的糯米粉惹的祸，任我们怎么努力搓都没用。后来，我干脆等“汤圆们”干一点了，硬一点了再去搓，里面的“小人”安心了，不会再动了，真是“软的不服，得来硬的”！再看看其他组的同学——瞧，有的同学把馅放得太多了，结果成了“黑煤球”；有的同学没放馅，汤圆就成了“实心球”。施捷仁同学在做的时候，禁不住鲜美的麻心馅的诱惑，往嘴里一点一点的塞，引起了同学们阵阵笑声。

12月22日我们班举行了一场精彩别样的冬至活动。

冬至，是我们的传统节日，大家都穿上了漂亮的传统服饰，来庆祝这个节日。现场，挂满了红彤彤的灯笼和五彩缤纷的气球，十分热闹，也让我们觉得特别欢快！

我们期待的活动开始了，大家按小组坐好，从装扮幸福树到猜灯谜，在优美动听的音乐下，我们走完了模特秀，还有每个小组精彩的温州童谣表演，台下掌声如雷，意犹未尽。最后在我们精彩的生律启蒙表演中告一段落。

接下来是我最喜欢的一个环节就是包汤圆和包饺子。食堂的阿姨帮我们准备好了好多味道的面团和包饺子的面皮和馅儿。

爸爸妈妈还教我们怎么包汤圆。我们拉起袖子，拿起面团，搓成一个圆球，再把面团中间用手指头压一个小洞，把馅放到小洞里面，搓起来就成了一个汤圆，我们包的汤圆大大小小都不一样，我们还试着包饺子，我们包起来的饺子歪歪扭扭，特别不像样。

煮完以后我们闻着自己包的'香喷喷的汤圆和饺子特别有成就感。虽然我们做的样子不好看，但是煮起来特别好吃，我们吃得津津有味。
