(1)控制时间

①进行自我介绍一定要力求简洁，尽可能地节省时间。通常以半分钟左右为佳，如无特殊情况最好不要长于1分钟。为了提高效率，在作自我介绍的同时，可利用名片、介绍信等资料加以辅助。

③语气自然，语速正常，语音消晰。生硬冷漠的语气、过快过慢的语速，或者含糊不清的语音，都会严重影响自我介绍者的形象。

1、以健全制度为根本，优化财务管控流程。

(1)制度建设

业务未动，制度先行。有一套好的制度，管控就有了法律依据。要努力做到最终用制度管人，逐步减少人治成分。

所以，首要要建立适合股份公司的《费用报销制度》、《票务管理制度》、《各种资产管理制度》等，加强费用报销流程监管，优化签单、优惠单的签字流程，建立签单应收款催收制度等，把财务的触角延伸至资金流转的每个角落。

(2)建全内部财务分析报告和信息披露体系。及时向集团和公司全面、真实反映股份公司运营管理情况。

(3)建立预算管理体系。通过预算管理，把财务管理前移，拉伸财务的管控面，力求各项重要业务，财务管控都能全程参与。

2、以提高素质为基础，打造专业财务团队。

作为财务管理人员，不仅要有良好的职业素养，更要有爱岗敬业的奉献精神。

在培养方法上，内训、外训相结合，专业、综合两手抓，学习、活动相配合。在制度保障上，适时建立有效的财务人员轮岗制度。打破各个子公司的企业界限，实现财务人员在整个集团内的有效流动，给足财务人员的成长和发展空间。在公司层面上，完善晋升体系，构筑充满人文气息的管理文化。力求把财务人员打造成一专多能的“大财务“。

“一专”——至少精通财务管理的某个方面。

“多能”——培养沟通能力、写作能力、交际能力、组织能力……做一个全面均衡发展，能“做好财务、懂得管理”的“大财务”。

3、以完善机构为契机，理顺票务管理流程。

(1)整合现有人员，把售票员纳入财务管理，严格职责分工，形成相互监督、相互牵制的售票管理体系。

(2)合理配置财务人员，根据需要设置财务岗位，做到高效、精炼。

(3)在公司和管委会的统筹下，理顺门票、索道票的领销存和税收申报等方面的流程。形成相互牵制的票据印刷、领用、收款、核对及盘点制度，优化劳务费用返还审批流程。

4、以加强稽核为手段，强化工程监督管理。

对于今后公司的各类在建项目，以内部稽核作为重要手段，进一步强化约束机制，重点加大项目过程监管力度。加强对项目成本控制、风险防范等环节的管理。

5、以追求创新为动力，谋划公司利益最大。

财务的创新表现在管控流程的优化上;表现在投融资手段的创新上;表现在税收筹划的精细上;表现在预算的有力执行和管控上。可以说，财务创新是公司“开源”的助推器，是公司“节流”的拦水坝。

四、一点建议—以盈利为目标，追求股东、员工各方利益和谐共荣。

大河有水，小河满。这是一条亘古不变的道理。如何实现“大河有水”?方法万千，说到根本，不外乎“开源”“节流”。在“开源”上做足文章，在“节流”上下足功夫，可观的利润就会向我们招手。

在“大河有水”的前提下，配合有效的激励机制，完善的晋升制度，充满人文气息的管理文化。相信一定能充分调动员工的积极性，实现员工和企业共成长、同发展。

大家好!

怀揣着奋斗的激情，怀揣着拼搏的动力，怀揣着对路桥的热爱，今天我参加公司财务资金部经理的竞聘。

我叫谭，XX年毕业于xx大学分校会计专业，20xx年毕业xx大学土木工程专业，本科学历、中共党员、造价工程师、高级会计师。XX年6月毕业后进入五局工作。先后在出纳、会计、分公司财务负责人、分公司副经理、公司审计监察部经理、总公司援外项目组总会计师、冠和房地产公司财务总监、公司财务部经理等工作岗位工作。

我之所以参与竞聘，首先是因为我熟悉这个岗位;其次是我热爱路桥这个集体;再次是因为我具备在这个岗位上干好这份工作的能力，并且愿意为干好这份工作而不懈地努力。

第一、我对这份工作轻车熟路，公司成立之初我就在公司担任财务资金部经理职务，对于公司目前的财务状况，铁路项目架子队的财务核算，目前财务存在的问题及需要加以改进的地方都比较清楚。

第二、本人先后从事过财务、审计、商务合约和法律事务等方面的工作，具有在点上、面上和线上工作的经历。曾在多个大型项目从事财务核算工作，先后在项目、分公司、公司和总公司等层面从事财务管理工作，负责过项目的工程结算对审工作并取得较好的结算效益，参与或单独主持多个公司和项目的经济责任审计工作，负责处理过公司的法律事务纠纷工作。在工作中能够及时抓住主要矛盾和矛盾的主要方面，按照事情的轻重缓急解决工作中的问题和矛盾。

第三、我热爱五局，热爱路桥，在五局工作的近20个春秋的日子里我始终怀着对五局发展事业的满腔热情、从最基层干起，努力工作，不断向业务精通、经验丰富的领导和同事学习，自身的业务水平有了较快提高。具有较好的专业功底和丰富的实践经验，过去的工作，无论在什么岗位，均得到主管领导和主要领导的认可。

第四、经历过长期专业实践之后，我养成了严谨、认真的工作作风和为人正直、积极向上的工作态度，工作中思维严谨活跃，工作效率较高，并具有做好本工作的语言表达能力和组织协调能力。

如果此次竞聘我能重新走上公司财务资金部经理的工作岗位，我将不负重托，不辱使命，勤奋工作，开拓创新，并按照以下思路展开财务工作：

一、根据公司点多面广且跨不同施工专业的特点，建立和完善适合公司的核算体系和全面预算体系。提高前瞻性财务规划力度。

二、以审计作为重要手段，进一步强化分支机构的约束机制，重点加大项目过程审计力度，力争审计覆盖面超过大型项目的50%，针对过去显现出的财务收支管理、项目成本控制、体系建设、风险防范等薄弱环节，实施有效监控。

三、完善部门人员岗位职责，明确岗位内容，完成时间，工作质量，作为每次考评的一项内容，让本部门财务人员背着指标奔目标。

四、向公司领导、其他部门及所属单位提供优质服务，使公司财务工作进一步贴近市场、贴近项目、贴近一线，工作重心前移，将财务的服务职能置于决策职能之前，大力提升财务服务的质量和效率。在工作顺序上，先外后内，先完成分公司、其他部门需要配合的工作，再做本部门的工作，在服务形式上，尽可能的简化手续以减少等待时间。在服务手段上加强与领导、其他部门及分公司的沟通，实现信息共享。

五、紧紧把握资金和利润两条线，大力推进资金集中管理，妥善地解决规模扩张与资金短缺的矛盾来有效地支撑公司的大发展。完善财务报表体系和财务分析体系，及时向领导汇报，以利领导决策。

六、积极主动与会计师事务所、审计部门、税务部门和金融机构的沟通，为公司树立良好的形象。
